New Beginnings
Greetings Neopians!
Today we are announcing some positive logistical changes regarding our discord and explaining some of the decision-making that has occurred over the past several months.
To start, we would like to sincerely apologize for the mishandling of certain situations with our first NFT launch. The current project team took over in December 2021, and since then, we’ve completed an extensive internal review of all aspects of the Neopets Metaverse project. This review ultimately led to the current vision of the Neopets Metaverse: a Web 3.0 game that combines elements of both free-to-play and play-and-earn. The current team is determined to deliver a game that unites original Neopets fans and new players alike.
Along with this much-improved vision for the Neopets Metaverse, we believe that these changes warrant a fresh start for our community, and so we are very excited to announce that we have brand new discord mods!
Please give a warm welcome to our new mods: @GimGimtheBearded @PSKat and @HeliumWings!
All 3 of our new mods are seasoned veterans of moderating social channels. They were selected based not only on their Neopets & Crypto/NFT knowledge but also on their ability to fairly and respectfully manage a community with the utmost integrity.
