Neopets Metaverse Ambassador Program
Greetings, fellow Neopians!
We are so thrilled with the current progress of the Neopets Metaverse! From our Pizza Day NFT Collection in May, our awesome showing at NFT.NYC, and our continued Discord Town Halls with the community, we feel grateful to have a community that has stuck with us during our entire growth process. Between the strength of our community and the ongoing hard work of our team, we believe that the future is incredibly bright for Neopets Metaverse.
Neopets is a storied IP with intricate storylines, amazing character development, and a passionate, creative fanbase. We sincerely appreciate all the feedback we’ve received on everything from project management to blockchain features to the 3D art of some of your favorite Neopets!
We recognize that there are members of the community who wish to go above and beyond in assisting the project, and we’d like to provide an avenue for that to happen.
That’s why we are announcing the Neopets Metaverse Ambassador Program.
This program will provide some of our community's most helpful, dedicated members with a pathway to assist in some key areas of the project.
We anticipate that there will be more responsibilities as this program develops, but the positions we will start with are:
- Content Creators
- Event Coordinators
- Community Translators
What are the characteristics we look for in our Neopets Metaverse Ambassadors?
They must be:
- Enthusiastic and fascinated with the Neopets brand, universe, and lore.
- Spirited supporters of the development and growth of Neopets Metaverse.
- Engaging members of the community who are helpful, magnanimous examples of the Neopian spirit.
- Articulate and thoughtful in their ability to provide constructive feedback about gameplay, story, community, and design elements.
What kind of responsibilities will each Ambassador role consist of?
Content creators will:
- Craft content (written, audio, images, etc.) that brings positive awareness to Neopets Metaverse.
- Ideate campaigns, messaging, or new community engagement practices.
- Publicize project events or in-game events.
- Actively engage through social channels to promote content from/about Neopets Metaverse.
- Be trusted with early-access content to give them insight into the trajectory of Neopets Metaverse.
Event Coordinators will:
- Host contests, games, trivia, and community-centric events.
- Participate in our Discord Town Halls/AMA sessions.
- Collaborate to brainstorm on different engagement tactics for more community involvement.
Community Translator will:
- Translate all Neopets Metaverse-related materials, including:
- Medium Articles
- Social Media content
- Announcements, AMA transcripts, and community functions.
These are just general guidelines for a Neopets Metaverse Ambassador. Any upstanding community member whose actions indicate their creativity and commitment to the Neopets Metaverse project could be considered for a position. We like innovative, passionate Neopians who can think outside the box!
What are the benefits of being a Neopets Metaverse Ambassador?
Besides the gratification of being a pivotal role player in the growth of Neopets Metaverse, Ambassadors can expect early access to information about the project, exclusive first looks at future reveals, standing within the community, and possible NFT rewards or spots on future allowlists. Who knows, we might even look to our Ambassador pool when seeking prospective Neopets Metaverse team members!
